Country Inns Hotel - Hotel in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

The room maintenance is very poor. The washroom was already pre used before our check in. The room is having bad smell coming out from the place. I have been asking for warm water but still waiting to run through the tap. The food they are showing in photos are not available in their buffet.

No 3 star it's 3rd class hotel with no working swimming pool no gym breakfast buffet cancel any time without your information. Kindly preffer any other hotel in this range they are charging 4000 but not worth your money,if you complain about all this on reseption then they told you that we gave you the room in cheep price rather then regular. If I am paying 4K per night hotel like this I don't think you deserve more guests .At least provide service instead you are not able to provide good rooms and unclean hotel. Pathetic experience. Not recommended at all.

A very genuine review by me. This hotel had been one of the bestest hotels in Amritsar some five years ago but unfortunately it has lost its reputation in recent years. Firstly when it comes to toiletries,it won't provide you the basics. After 10 calls at reception,the toiletries are provided. Secondly and disgustingly they have stopped providing shower caps from the last month. Thirdly the air conditioning system is just pathetic. You make thousands of complaints but the complaints are unheard Fourthly, in case you get a mood to order tea from room dining or coffee shop,they won't provide you complimentary cookies. Fifthly, go to the hotel and ask for check on,they would first take all the payment and would then would let you enter the room Sixthly, when you have a check in time of 1:30 pm,they won't let you in before 2:20 pm by giving an excuse the the room is getting ready. It's a very genuine review by an old and experienced customer. You would believe each and every word of mine once you experience it. Go and experience it on your own. Wouldn't recommend any single person this hotel

Worst Hotel Experience We felt as if the hotel is about to shut down as there was no hotel staff due to which the anything that we ordered was not delivered on time. ACs weren't working, no in room dining services, no toiletries. The most funny part that there was no Room Key also. Every time the door were closed, we had to request at the reception to enter our room. Also, in case if anyone plan on birthday, it is highly suggested to drop this hotel as they will simply fool you for decor and will charge extremely high prices and won't even provide a cake. Other local Hotels are far better than this branded hotel. Will never recommend to choose this particular hotel (location) Not at all a worthy Hotel.

The hotel looked very different from the photos online. The condition shows it wasn't maintained. The reception service was very bad. As we got to the rooms the sheets were stained, the towels and the room smelled. The swimming pool was run down with tiles coming out at the bottom. When we asked for the iron they refused to give it and said it was with another guest. Then they took our clothes and said they would do it themselves and returned 45 minutes later for two T-shirts.

though this is one of most primum class hotel at queens road, Amritsar. but my experience is not good. in such a posh and well reputed hotel I did not got the experience I deserved. 1) - door access card was not working if you go out for something, than you have to call or bring maintenance staff from reception. to open the door. 2) - no drinking, toiletry, towels, slippers etc provided. we had reminded them to provide them couple of time for that. 3) Television - it was in room but firstly it was not working (recharge issue), than only few channels were viewable, only late in night maintenance guy was able to provide us good tv experience 4) - Air conditioner - it was not working properly. specially in night is was not cooling at all, the condition was same at their breakfast restaurant hall. though staff informed us that the couple of issues were because some ongoing maintenance work. but still some of the issues were purely service related.

I don't know why didn't I read these reviews earlier because I had the exact same experience like the other guests. The property is extremely old and it reflects everywhere on the wall, ceiling, cub boards, everything. Our room upgraded to the suit and it wasn't worth it. The AC didn't work mostly and I can see many guests have complaint the same but the guy on reception wasn't ready to accept the fault instead said this is the first time we heard something like this. Repeat after me never stay at this property even for free.

Worst hotel with worst facilities. I booked a deluxe room with jacuzzi but when I reached thr they said we have to pay extra money for jacuzzi but I already paid through app .chalo it's ok I paid them extraoney but then also they gave me such a dirty room with full of dust and washrooms are so unhygienic I paid them 5k and in that they gave me this kind of room and when I asked them to clean they said we will clean in morning but they didn't clean and next day we have to check out we even didn't get a chance to enjoy in jacuzzi and said us to checkout I complain thr manager about this instead of being sorry they start arguing and the receptionist is much worst than that . I never recommend anyone to stay thr it's has high price with low qualities
