Not a very good experience interacting with the hotel staff since they lack communication skills on how to interact with the guests especially when it comes to fixing tariff rates and were very pesky especially in case of extra bedding. Wouldn't recommend staying at the property just because of the tag or the brand it comes under

Didn't stay as charges were quite high. It's a franchisee of Country Inn and rooms are normal like a 3-4 star hotel. I didn't find it worth the charges they put out for their service. But Mathura has less options if you do not have anything pre-planned for your stay

Very bad place. Stinking like anything. Spider mites all around. Tiles broken. Does not feel like living in a resort or hotel. Service is very poor. Even oyo rooms is better than this. Only thing good is sagar-ratna food nearby and manager mr punit who is a friendly & very helpful guy

Perfect place to stay, well located to near by temples at a distance of 10 to 20 minutes . Lush green ambience, staff is very cooperative and cordial. Safe and clean environment. Highly recommended.

First of all when I saw hotel lobby I realised I should not book this hotel. Lobby was like not even 2 star hotel. However I have no option to chose another hotel so I did checked in. I was staying in room 5411 and 5403. 5403 was upstairs and elevator was not working so I have to carry my luggage by my self to the room. Staff was not even bothered to help. When I reached up door lock had issues. First time I had seen 4 star hotel had metal keys. Both rooms kettle was missing. After several calls finally i got kettle without base. Again several calls and got kettle base. Bathroom was also not cleaned, bath tub was not scrubbed at all in both rooms. Towels were worn out, yellowish and too old, cant even think to wipe body. Night was sleepless for all Of us due to thousands of mosquitoes in both rooms. Called reception to get all out or any but never received. Very bad experience we had. I will never recommend this hotel to any one. I understand every guest had own prospective to see the things and raise the concerns but its totally depends on staffs how to tackle the situations and make the guests comfortable.

Had decided to stay on the 19th of October 2023. Pathetic experience at the hotel since the staff lacks communication skills and are not conclusive in stating the room tariffs especially when it comes to extra bedding. Wouldn't recommend anyone staying there.

Villa was really value for money.Fresh hot breakfast and the GM Mr.Verma meeting everyone was heartwarming.
