Had an excellent stay in this hotel for the second time in this year. The staff, in particular the room service, were really kind, polite and helpful. Planning to visit Chandigarh again in April 2024 and I would definitely try to stay here.

The property was great, it was very clean and comfortable.. I would stay there again.The rooms are large and spacious. Good breakfast.. The staff - specifically muskan is really helpful and ever smiling and around when needed..

Worst experience in terms of service, I had to follow up for as little as getting a press in the room or a packed water bottle. I still wonder what makes delivering an already packed water bottle or press such a hassle and worth 40 mins? If you want in room service for food, expect it to be 1.30 hrs After paying so much, it feels like it's not even a 2 star restaurant. Management doesn't do anything else "Sorry Sir!"

Very hygienic, excellent food with very well mannered staff. They treated us very well specially Rahul was very polite with all the guest and his gesture impressed us. Would love to come again...

Amazing event at ballroom of country inn. Very flexible as per guests needs. Special shout-out to Mr Banish and Ms Meena for organising everything on time. Highly recommend this please for stay and hosting your important events

It was a nice and decent stay with my wife and my daughter. We choose living room category and it was very useful with kid. Staff is very kind and helpful specially Shubham and Savie were very cooperative. Will look forward to stay in future.
