Very poorly maintained. Walls and floor peeling off. Stench all over the rooms and lenins. Had much heigher expectations from Country inn.
Horrible place to stay in due to irresponsible staff . There is no one to pick up your luggage . Staff does not pick up your calls . Hot water is not available . I am staying in room no 503 fifth floor and complained about hot water at morning but no response for more than one hour . Duty manager does not pick up calls . Very bad housekeeping services . Never stay here . They are giving bad name to Raddison.
Very bad experience. Booked 13 rooms for 5 days. Ac's not working in any room even after requesting. Laundry service is poor. Not enough staff to manage the hotel.

It is unfortunate to report that during our recent stay at the hotel, we experienced some unethical behavior from the manager. Initially, he offered us a lower-priced room, but upon our late-night arrival, he took advantage of the situation and demanded an exorbitant amount that we were forced to pay. This experience left us with a negative impression and we cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel, awarding it a 2-star rating. It is worth noting that the rooms themselves were of good quality and quiet, but the behavior of certain staff members was unprofessional and disappointing.
