For Rob Roy salon.... Very good services given by Mr Abid. Great Haircut, Fantastic Services, Love the atmosphere. Highly appreciate their professionalism and the quality of work they provide.
Poor Service at All levels whether front desk,rooms,housekeeping or restaurant (lunch/breakfast).Rooms have a dirty smell as it is a takeover of some old hotel by country inn.Actually spoiling the name & image of Radisson. Honestly bit rude & outspoken staff,seems not happy with their job/salary,customer friendliness is completely missing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY FOR SOLO OR FAMILY STAY.
Very Nice Experience I had.I hv stayed there couple of times whenever I visit Jammu..V helpful & Courteous Staff.I like to thank specially Mr. Keshwar for it. His Commitment is upto the mark & v helpful.....In fact the entire Staff is v helpful & The only issue was the air-condition which was not upto the mark. And the problem was there' was just 2 water bottle was placed..The service was amazing and the property is nice. The property is situated near to market. The overall stay was good ,friendly..... Definitely I will visit again( *_* )
Booked a stay with my friends and enjoyed it well. Mr. Harpreet and Ms. Sumaira was very good in their service as they was very polite during check in and check out. Rooms ws very neat and clean and Mr.Suraj amd Mr. Roshan was very helpful. Mr. Karan helped me with wifi services and also with his local knowledge. Enjoyed my overall stay and would recommend it to others as well.
Namaste! The duty manager Harpreet Singh is very professional, courteous and helpful attitude. Being NRI I was very impressed by the hospitality of all the staff in the hotel. Please continue the excellent work. Strongly recommends to all NRIs and every one locally to stay in this hotel. The entire team is hardworking and polite also.
I was with family trip in jammu ..This is very good option to if u you want to stay near by the markets & shopping area. Also nearby railway station Front office staff was too good. And give best service to the guest. Always smile in the face. Specially check in procedure is very good & fast . Allot me the room very fast . 1 single boy was handling the whole reception Named KESHWAR,, received many calls but handle with a smooth way and I really appreciate his work And give very good room with a nice view.'ll stay with my friends for one day . Food was also good & . service is very slow and only 2 small water bottle was placed in the room .....pls request u to handle your guest.. I will make sure I will visit this again..
Enjoyed the stay here. Excellent and polite staff, frontline staff are very helpful and soft... good ambience Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. Food is very delicious Mr Sunil is a nice and positive person The rooms which we been allotted was very clean , Harpreet Ji who is so welcoming personality more then I think and he is icon of the hospitality industry.
Stayed in Room No 103 Staff found professional & well mannered suggest you introduced local Cuisine in breakfast as mostly tourist loves to eat local cuisine specially if group are staying in hotel.
