Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Goa Panjim - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

Very poor Hotel. Blot on the name of Radisson. Never Book this hotel Rooms are stinking. Floor tiles are broken. The bath tubs are broken. Walls are damp. Bathroom door handles and Lock also do not work. Handles comes out. Very poorly maintained hotel. Not even worth Rs 1000 per Night.

Good location and breakfast. But the service was very bad- the hotel is completely unreachable on call. I had an airport pickup with my room booking, but the hotel was unreachable so I had to book a cab myself. I also left an item in my room while checking out but the hotel has been unreachable over call for over a week. They have not called back either. Would not recommend.

Positively disliked a place after a long time. It's a run down place. Kindly avoid. Not worth the cost. The rooms have paint peeling off, most things not working, TV was replaced, the food was very limited but quality of most items was good. I do not blame the staff here. They are just too few. But their service was decent.

I am a frequent traveller Having travelled to 55+ countries and having stayed in numerous Radisson properties I can say without doubt that this is a Huge BLOT for Radisson. I will definitely avoid Radission properties now on. We had 3 rooms booked and arrived from Cochin on 6th Oct 2023 Since we arrived early at 10 AM we requested for atleast one ealy check in..The reception executive said see can but we have to pay Rs 1500. requested again to make it complimentary but she refused. NO option and we had to pay it.. The hotel claims to be a 4 star property but it's not even a good 2 start hotel in small towns.. When our car entered there was only Guard and he looked other way.The building looked worn out. The small Lobby is like a 30 year old PWD rest house. The table is Worn Out Furniture item. The Lift is terrible and rooms even more Terrible. We encountered many guests getting angry over water seepage/ No electricity in room and we saw with it our own eyes. The Receptionist had offered us 3 breakfast but when 3 of us went in the FB manager Biswajit rudely asked us to wait and went to talk to the receptionist. He rudely told us that only 2 can have breakfast . All of us felt humiliated and went out. Rooms stink and there was no electricity for over 1 hr. Carpet stinks and walls are peeling here and there. After a time of 3 hours of agony we compromised and stayed since other options had choked out.. Today requested for drinking water in room at 7.35 AM ..it's not coming again reminded at 7.57 AM Now it's 9.01 am but still water has not arrived..Only good point was Executive Akshita who tried her best with her behaviour but what can see do with worn out rooms CONCLUSION If you want to RUIN your holidays and be the centre of your family then only choose this Hotel.. Undoubtebly "The Winner of Worst Hotel with Worst Service award "

Old construction, without maintenance, stinking, AC leakages.... Very pathetic. Tourists are spending 6-10k in the name of raddison only. Not good for family stay. Swimming pool in very pathetic condition with so many birds feathers..... Front desk staff so rude. When we asked for medical help from chemist, they straight away denied saying we are not allowed to go out of hotel. Hotel provided room leaking at 2 places ..... very bad experience. Food was good.

Bad experience! We checked in at 4:30pm to find out that the room was not ready. Later the room that we got was stinky. We requested them to change , the other room also was in pretty bad condition. Linen was dirty,floor unclean, noise during night time. Overall an uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend

If given an option, I would rate the experience in Negative. 1. Food - Limited quanity and not great quality. 2. Hygiene - You can see small insects and cockroaches running around the food shelf where the food is kept and on top of the food utensils. I tried to explain it to service staff manager to clean the shelf during breakfast and he made a face and didn't even had the courtesy to reply. The plates and cutlery kept was not cleaned properly. After seeing viruses like covid and even flu's.. I am surprised how a hotel can play with customer's health. 3. Rooms - Looks like you are staying in a motel. Cockroaches are running here and there. Water is dripping from every nook and corner. Water dripping from Airconditioner duct, from bath tub etc. The wash basin and bathtub is covered in black mold and it is so suffocating to close the bathroom door even for a minute coz the bathroom stinks of mold and dampness. 4. Internet - I think they don't know what wifi means.. Most of the day it will not work and when you check they will say IT manager is not there or he is not answering the call. And once you get hold of him and finally get the user ID and password sorted..it would work for just half an hour to an hour maximum. I would not recommend to any one.

The rating says for itself , had asked the staff to get our breakfast packed @5:30am , we didn't recieved it until 6. And it wasn't packed breakfast just had some banana and stuff thrown in a plastic bag and then handed to us . Wi-Fi had a speed of 20kb/s , staff was very unprofessional (some exceptions may be there) . Seems like Cleaning of windows hasn't been in years. Do avoid booking it until or unless it's an urgency.
