Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Goa Candolim - Hotel in Candolim - North Goa, India

Pleasant Stay. I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights in the month of December, and overall, it was a positive experience. The breakfast was delightful, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing for an early check-in. Ample parking space for both two and four-wheelers was a plus. Hotel has good and clean balconies with enough privacy. However, the intermittent power disconnections were a bit inconvenient .This did not hamper the overall experience though. This hotel is a decent choice for those looking for a comfortable stay with family and also kids.

I have taken a Delux pool view room and it was not cleaned properly and was completely unhygienic by the time hotel gave it to me. Switches in the room were broken. Dust everywhere including Bed lamps, photo frames, cot edges. On top of all this Blanket was giving out a very bad odour that I couldn't bear anymore and called the front desk. The staff here are very welcoming and they have taken utmost care of every issue that I raised regarding room and they have cleaned everything well. Besides that I have to really appritiate the care and importance given by the duty manager Mr Gulzar. He had arranged to show me three other rooms as alternatives as I was not happy with the room given. Also called me the next day when I was outside and asked if I can see another room. Hardi, who is the manager at restaurant was attending to all customer needs to ensure anything we need was taken care of. Exterior of the property like pool, landscaping, lobby, reception are very well maintained. Only thing I'm seeing the hotel has to improve are the rooms which are built probably in 70s and maintaining the same old furniture and other electrical appliances with switches broken in most of the rooms. Room maintenance is poor and has to improve a lot. Rest all good and I'm satisfied with the resolution provided by duty manager.

Good place to stay in North Goa. Very close to Candolim beach (10 Minutes walking Distance). Parking is available in the hotel. Swimming pool is in abandon stage and need to be completely repaired. Ambiance of the hotel is very good. Balcony in the room is something, which give an additional space to sit and enjoy the beautiful evening.

Rooms were cosy and elegant. Its a medieval themed hotel with all latest amenities. The center courtyard facing room was so beautiful. Buffet breakfast was amazing and well with all cuisines. Mr.Altaf wad so helpful and friendly in serving us and making us comfortable. came in for a one day stay and extended for another due to the excellent hospitality. Definitely recommend for anyone at Goa. Great place to stay. Thanks for serving us and making it beautiful.

Good service..! Here they gave best efforts to customer service. Felt good to choose this best resort in Goa.! As specially about the food section It was so delicious food made by the team ( Chef Pranali & Mrinal and whole team of Country Inn )

First of all this is not at all a 5* property; this is a good 3* property. The breakfast is poor and boring. The rooms are small and old. It's a hotel not a resort. The money I paid and the things what I got where completely different. I'll rate my stay with 0 rating.

One of the best Service by Staff & Jain food is also served by chef Tanmoy & Dining Staff ALI providing very good service at food point. As far as Location and Service is concerned one of the best Hotel in Goa. Must Try.

Mrinal and Ali and pranali are good hosts abd they took good care of me during my stay. All the staff members are good in their work and very sincere. Ambience and property maintenance is very good.. food was also good. Overall I had nice stay
