I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with exceptional room service. The staff, especially Kanchan, went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable. The room was always impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service.
Lovely place to stay with friends and family. Breakfast is to good. Staff behaviour was very good. Room cleaning was superb. Prime location. Neat and clean hotel. Thanks to Kanchan and everyone for amazing stay..Overall experience is superb
The staff was so arrogant that they wanted us to give all the documents for identity with utmost rudeness. Hospitality and politeness in Hotel business is the key to success... not the name or franchise.
Hence had to drop the hotel and checked in somewhere else.
People are advised to think twice before booking.
Had a great experience with employees impeccable service and gesture. Gets positive vibes as rooms and hotel maintained neat and tidy and don't get way to complain for anything specially with cleanliness. Rooms are indeed well decorated and food quality is just awesome. Location of the hotel is good and peace lover must visit the hotel. Will prefer this hotel if I visit the place again.
The atmosphere of the hotel is excellent and calming. Their rooms are quite large. Delicious and hygienic food is served at this great restaurant. In addition, hotel employees were always smiling and provided services on time.
A decent place to stay, with all the basic amenities and perfect location in Bhiwadi. Facilities includes swimming pool, gym, reasturant, parking, all the good shopping malls nearby. Overall a good package. Special Thanks for kanchan
