Worst experience with this hotel, images were too nice on MMT. Reality is not that, the room I've got had bad odur, it's an old property that is not at all maintained. Definitely not worth the price at all. The only advantage is the proximity to airport and not so many in that area. Food is really bad.

The hotel seems a pretty old property. Congested rooms and washroom. Spa and gym is under renovation. The entrance of the hotel is adjacent to the main road and hence noisy and polluted. Parking is arranged nearby. Valet parking is available. Can be graded as average.

The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. They were always happy to help with anything I needed, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. It will be an under statement to say that I was shocked to enter the place. The hotel is not even close to Radisson standard. It is currently going through renovation, hence you should avoid going there at all costs. The hotel and rooms were stinking. And it gave me the feel of a 1 star hotel with junk around. Rooms are smaller than what looks in the pictures. I had to cancel my booking there because it was unbearable. I am hoping the charm will be back once they are done with renovation.

Tried to book a room with these guys multiple times over the course of 3 days but the customer service staff was unbelievably unresponsive and dismissive. When i finally did manage to speak to a decent staff member, she just did not forward the booking confirmation and then stopped picking or straight up started disconnecting calls. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars to this hotel but there is no such feature in Google. I stayed there for five days . Very poor service There was a constant power cut during my stay for 2 days. Like I have never seen or heard that the lights were gone out for a considerable amount of time in 5 star hotel like Radisson Food : I found a strand of hair in my breakfast . They focus on quantity rather than quality. There were flies near the dessert area at the time of morning buffet . Services: The service was really poor . Some of the staff are helpful and the rest are not. Pragya at the desk was very unprofessional. She kept saying no to almost every request I made. She didn't even convey my message to housekeeping to which I asked her for . I asked for a nail cutter as I had broken my nail and it was bleeding . And she even said no to that . They have No gym , no spa , no swimming pool . Nothing and they have not even mentioned this on their website I can go on and on about how bad this hotel is . I'd suggest choosing a better hotel at this price rather than just going for the brand . It's a very pathetic hotel

Okay so this place owes my heart because I was not a customer there, but once I was on my way and I received a sudden call regarding a very important meeting to attend. I had no options left other than sitting in s decent place to attend it. In front of me was this hotel and I requested them to give me a seat and a Wi-Fi password which they agree to immediately without any doubt! What a heartwarming service! Thank you so much for this welcome

I am shocked that Radisson would allow its property to be this run down. The paint is peeling off, the room stank, making this an unpleasant stay. The staff are well trained and helpful which was the only saving grace. It's located at a junction where hailing cabs can prove challenging.
