Good Atmosphere in Hotel Rooms are very clean and staff also cooperative. Ambiance also beautiful.

I stayed for a night at the hotel, room was spacious, neat & clean and proper cooling. The bedsheets and towels were fresh. The breakfast included had very limited items and I felt service was slow, but food tasted delicious. I'm the view from room in the review, it was breathtaking, if you wake in the morning with curtains aside. Thank you team for the wonderful hospitality.

This is not a Radisson grade property. This is more like a dharamshala, the uneducated staff and unwilling to help. please don't even think of booking this property. Unless u r willing to compromise on your wallet in return to nothing. oh by the way, they will charge you double the food menu price, so better buckle up to argue or just pay for low quality food. They classify themselves as a budget hotel. So better book a real budget hotel. No one to carry your luggage from outside to the lobby, no one to offer water, no temperature check or person to offer sanitizer. wait at the reception for some rude staff trying to give u unrealistic reasons to not welcome you.

Room temperature is maintained at 25deg . Then hotel provides quilt. What common sense has been applied. Front office staff is not adequately trained. Youngsters must be with an experienced person. Breakfast quality and option is not matching with the brand name. Hidden charges are asked to be paid across the counter in the name of Covid service charge. If at all to be charged, include in basic fare. Not a pleasing experience

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing specially uma gives to me fantastic service. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

This is "The Best" hotel in Bathinda with courteous staff. Hotel has nice, clean, spacious rooms. Excellent Food.... Breakfast spread is however not too big. Magnificent Lobby and chic n' clean environment.front office staff were supareb they know what is hospitality.i remenmber preeti madaan she is pro-active.i got really good value for a two days
