The room and the ambience was pretty decent and worth the money. But the reception staff were not at all professional we had a not so pleasant experience from them. During the checkin they told that dinner and breakfast is complementary. We were in doubt as we have paid only 2800 for deluxe room , then how is dinner and breakfast complementary. The lady at the reception showed us a paper where this was marked. We even asked the restaurant persons during the dinner time , they also confirmed to take buffet which is included in our booking. Later during the checkout we were billed an extra amount of 1000 for dinner. And the same lady at the reception showed us the paper where yesterday's complementary was striked off and marked as something else. The way she talked was also not so polite. Even though the rooms and stay were very good , the behavior from this staff and this incident was very unexpected. It would be better to work on their customer interaction and communication regarding such details.
Room services, Breakfast are not good. No spa as per name denote, No daily cleaning,Near to kovalam beach. Old rooms, House keeping not working...stray dogs are big threat inside the gate.
It was a wonderful experience at Country Club where the staff at the reception was quite welcoming. Room was neat & clean. Further, the food and the restaurant staff was amazing. The restaurant incharge was very warm and courteous. Overall, it was a good stay. So, if you are planning a trip to kovalam then Country Club is worth considering...
Good food , rooms are basic but room size is good ,rooms don't have a luggage stacking bench . service and Verity of food was nice in breakfast and dinner ,staff is very cooperative.
I have visited several times in this property. One years back the rooms were not well. I compained that. Bt there servise and food were ozm on that time. Bt this time i enjoyed alot. I surprised that they renovated there rooms. I have stayed in Room No.A2.It was constructed infront of pool. I enjoyed this stay very much. I will come again.. Especially there food were ozm. You must try..
Still getting improved....need to maintain the infrastructure. Civil works done is not perfect not properly supervised. But this team is improving and all they need is a good feed back . If they are really intrested in improving the country club. Food all is good. Limited menu list.

Resort and restaurant staff, manager behaviour very rude..... they do not know the way how to communicate with the guests.. 5. Seriously please don't book you would be spoiling your trip and mood..... 6. Inside resort property Street lights are very less.,..so we can not see any path......
We had comfortable2 days stay here. Rooms were neat & clean, as it was recently renovated. One suggestion -it would be good if you can put a stsnd/shelf in the bathroom next to the mirror. Food was good. Quiet place with frienfly staff. Looking forward ti coming again.
