I would love to visit the hotel again. Rooms are really good, clean and spacious as well. Hotel service is excellent. Whenever we need anything, they are happy to us as soon as possible. We can find out the location easily. Amazing hotel!

Too much bad experience, they didn't even provide compulsory stuff. Receptionist behaviour is too bad , if you are speaking in English or Hindi then the majority of Ooty people will treat you like animals only they want is money.
