A bit late post. I stayed there with my familiy and we took 2 rooms for two days. Believe me the rooms were clean, no bad odour, no noise. It was cheap and My friend had recommended me this place. The owner stays right next to the place. she is so accomodationg. Had a very good and memoriable time in goa. Is is little difficult to reach as the roads in goa are quiet narrow. So better be careful to reach in daylight.
Everything is just like described. Unpretentious well maintained property with spacious rooms. We stayed back after a wedding with close family members and reserved the entire guesthouse and this panned out to be just perfect for our needs.
The owner sister Mary is a Gem, a sweetheart one thing is for sure whenever I am in south Goa I'm fixed with cota's guesthouse. I booked the property for my family and she helped us with everything,adjusted with our family members. Provided us with everything if we needed anything. Not even 1 member of out family complained about this place but everyone loved it and enjoyed. Thank you Cota's guesthouse for the hospitality.
It was a very calm and quiet place. Nice weather.... Good place to take a break from the busy schedule... Nice rooms... Good service... On the whole it was an awesome experience... They have balconies with beautiful views... They even provide you refridgerator and microwave oven, so if we buy food or drinks we can use these... Would love to visit again...
Ms Mary (owner) is extremely helpful. The rooms can accommodate max 3 people. Really well maintained and clean rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Complementary Breakfast was also provided.
It's good for tourists to stay here because there is a bakery close by and Beach is also not so far I recommend this for those who love to enjoy eating and roaming on beaches
Good service, rooms are quite decent but it's located a bit on the interior side so connectivity seems to be the only drawback
