The room was so untidy and smelled very bad. Poor staff service and rude behaviour of staff. The walls of rooms had spider webs, cockroaches crawling and especially the bathroom was so worst not able to tell. There is no earthing might get shocked. The reality of the picture and in reality is different. The actual picture hereby I attached. Worst experience.
Don't just go as per publish picture of room. room are so dirty and none hygiene. pillow and bed sheet are very dirty and mutilated. I have just spent 7-8 hr, 2:30 to 10:35pm. but experience was worst. when I did check out and asked for receipt, they didn't provided said not sbke to found booking than i asked to check out in their register they said they will do. It seems they want to use the room to some snd get profit as I have booking till morning 11 pm. bad experience not recommend
first of all i want to tell you there is no sign board of the hotel. you have to search it by your own. secondly the AC doesnt work. not at all. thirdly if you are looking for a good WIFi , i am sorry you will be disappointed. even youtube takes 2-3 mins to buffer. whatsapp messages were taking hell lot of time to deliver. coming on to cleanliness, the bedsheet was dirty, old and the water glasses were used, i had to ask for other glasses. washrooms were not at all hygienic. i asked them to clean the toilet again infront of me. hotel staff behavior was OK. i only ordered tea and that too was not good. room was big enough for 2 people. there was no bathroom sleepers. thats it.. now some good points i would like to mention it is close to fortis hospital. there is a good market near to it. you dont have to roam about for food, there are good restaurents nearby.
First of all how to find this hotel is a big question.. No signboard no display nothing just a RN mentioned what does that mean?? Second, rooms very spacious enough for two people but still it didn't feel neat.. Food was terrible with lots and lots of oil and spices.. No matter how many times I requested for plain food it all tasted the same.. Staffs were good and behavior was also tolerable but my first experience with where I am totally disappointed.
This used to be a good hotel (oyo) but the service has degraded drastically. Fan/Ac doesnt work properly in various rooms, they dont provide paper roll by themselves, service is quite slow, wifi works like hell and cherry on the top is that "Lift doesn't work as well"
Worst hotel I have ever seen. Reception person was so rude. Even he react like he is doing some kind on us. Bathroom was not ok. I got only aalu paratha in breakfast. No other prions available there. I will not recommend this to anyone
Very disappointed. The pics posted for this hotel by the management and the reality are poles apart. Non-working tube light, stained bedsheets, leaking taps. I won't recommend this if you plan to stay here for a night with family.
Everything is fine over here. It's a nice place to stay. But the only thing they lack is a hygienic room. The rooms were not properly clean and the bedsheet was torn. Otherwise everything else was fine.
