my experience at Cost Coffee was nothing short of exceptional. With its superb coffee, inviting ambiance, affordable prices, and outstanding service, it has quickly become my go-to coffeehouse. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or simply looking for a cozy place to unwind, I highly recommend visiting Cost Coffee for a memorable coffee experience that won't disappoint.

I had worst iced latte of my life. Just water, coffee a bit of milk and lot of ice cubes nothing else. A simple nescafe with cold milk is better than this.

The sofa seats and couches here are very dirty and could use some cleaning. Please get them washed. Will not recommend this place to anyone. We can make good coffee at home or order good food at home. The whole point of visiting the cafe is for the ambience. Ambience was pathetic here. The cleaning guy bumped into my chair and didn't care to apologise. Zero humility and manners.

Ordered Iced cappuccino, hot cappuccino and chocolate truffle pastery. It was a complete disappointment that during placing of order requested to serve hot coffee in ceramic cup but still they served in takeaway cup. The cold coffee was without sugar. Such things are not expected from Costa Coffee.

Costa Coffee has its main outlet upstairs, and a takeaway outlet (though that too has seating - several tables) on the ground floor. They have a good selection of hot and cold coffees, a relatively more restricted selection of snacks (though their sweets, such as muffins and cakes, generally tend to be better than the savoury). Service and ambience and food quality are erratic - I have been to this place several times to find that while they were open, they weren't taking orders (and didn't even let us sit at one of the tables while waiting!), and once when all the chair upholstery had been cleaned and was therefore damp. Don't go with high expectations!

Ordered two cappuccinos and got boiling hot lattes. Complained and they graciously took it back only to serve cold cappuccinos. I realised the barista had no clue on how to make a cappuccino so just gulped it down. The two stars are for the service but won't be going here again for coffee.

Go-to place for a bite or nice coffee. Located on the first floor and serving delicious food along with a good range of Hot and Cold beverages. Nice and comfy Seating arrangements with good coffee vibes.

Really nice place to have coffee and snacks. The place is located on a junction between two parallel pathways of 1st floor of DLF Mall. Coffee is really good. They have very less snacks available. The place is not much crowded. Must visit pace in DLF mall. The items are costly though.
