They have three sizes available (as per the menu) and none of the small sizes were there when we asked. So we ordered 2 lattes and couldn't taste a thing and we even added 2 bags of sugar each and still couldn't taste anything. Overall not a great experience.

I love Costa coffee. They know what they are doing. The staff is polite. I hope they will beat Starbucks like they already did in the UK.
Good service and good quality. I ordered dreamy chocolate fudge Brownie frappe, medium sized. The quantity was good as per the prize. The sugar level was bit more compared than usual. You can ask them for lessen it anytime. The staffs wete good as well.

I have tried Costa coffee at several places before and hence I can say this with absolute confidence that the staff here at South City Mall outlet requires more training. Not worth it here at all.
People usually visit this place to have nice coffee as it has got elegant flavours. But try to keep someone in billing section whose attitude should be down to earth and have capability to understand customer's requirements in terms of payment and other important factors. Attitude towards customer should not be shown as they bring business which needs to looked after. Thank U
