The Cafe is situated near the Food Court of the Ambience Mall. The calm and composed atmosphere of the cafe makes it a perfect place for having some quick snacks while having a conversation about life with a friend or two. The staffs were helpful and friendly. You should try Brownie with Ice cream here and Please instruct them to warmup the Brownie as it makes it tastier. Having warm brownie with cold ice cream makes it a perfect combination. The Donut was also pretty good. And for this too tell them to put it in oven for 30 seconds ... After that the Donut becomes soft. All in one it is quite comfy, silent and secluded zone for going out on a date.
Great place to hang out! The iced cappuccino was great and even the latte was good. The chicken Tikka sandwich also tasted good. The butter croissant was amazing. The atmosphere was also very good. Its a value for money place, as the items aren't that expensive. The service was average, it wasn't bad but wasn't the best, but that was because the place was packed when I went there. Better than the starbucks outlet in ambience mall. Highly Recommended
We tried costa coffee at ambience mall after a long time. We took 2 cold coffees one was salted caramel & the other one chocolate hazelnut flavours. Salted caramel flavor was nice. Hazelnut chocolate flavour was average. Service was damn slow even when there was no customer inside the coffee house. Just to get a glass of water took 30 minutes and several reminders. The hot coffee was ok. The puff type pattiserie was totally cold. They replaced it.

I had cold coffee here..tbh it was not worth the price it was just little coffee mixed in milk and blended nothing special about the coffee and it was way overly priced like 280 for cold coffee that just tasted below average..I make better coffee at home and we ordered one with fancy name it was also bad...overall sitting was nice but the menu was way overpriced PS : Skip this one if you come to ambience and wanted to have cold coffee not worth the price..
Bad service. It took them 15 minutes to bring me an americano. Do I have to mention that the place was empty and that I didn't order the iced version? The coffee didn't taste good too. Avoid.
The Flat White was good but the Truffle cake was so dry ... otherwise a nice place to hangout for a bit.
