I recently tried the Americano at Costa Coffee, Mumbai Airport. While the taste was comparable to Canadian Starbucks Americano, I encountered a significant issue with the cup design. Unfortunately, the to-go cup was leaking from multiple areas due to waviness in the glass. This has been a consistent problem, and it makes me hesitant to buy hot drinks from Costa. I hope the cup design can be improved to enhance the overall experience for customers.
I ordered a cafe latte. I did not like it overall. First the hazelnut flavour was very faint. Almost 1/3 of my cup was filled with foam. I literally scooped it out.
They also did not have any feedback system - atleast when I asked this is what the guy at the counter told me.
We went to Costa coffee for the first time and grabbed a hot chocolate even though it was super hot outside the airport.
Enjoyed the hot beverage inside the airport. It was the perfect amount of sweet and chocolate. Loved
WORST Mocha I have ever had! They reopened their branch at Phoenix market city, but no improvement in quality whatsoever! The staff is incompetent and there were mosquitos n flies around! Paid 300 bucks for a coffee - zero presentation and tasted worst!
Expensive and so not worth it!
