Quite nice place to site and work, but the coffee is overpriced (considering the taste). The taste was just okay, and somewhat bitter as compared to other places. All the staff behaves quite indifferent. The pastries and snacks are way too overpriced. The location is quite good considering that it sits in a nook and offers good privacy from the hustle and bustle in the mall. UPDATE: After a few visits I started noticing that I always get throat issue after f if this branch, not sure why. Asked for a glass of water once and there were bit of dirt in it. Also ordered a blueberry 'blast' muffin once, let me assure no blueberry is blasting in there. There's like a dash of blueberry and just cake. Disappointed. The chocolate donut, despite being overpriced, is good.
Loved the Aroma and rich flavor of the coffee and cappuccino. Bit pricey but definitely taste better than Starbucks. Good ambience and interior
The ambiance is good and the place is easily accessible both from inside mall and outside, I had ordered ice peach tea and my sister had ordered ice lemon tea to be honest it literally tasted like plain cold water it and I'm not exaggerating. I had also ordered a chilly chicken puff and it was decent.
Cosy costa coffee corner right at the heart of MG road . This outlet is on the left side of the central mall entrance . The place is hard to miss and offers both outdoor and indoor seating. We ordered some hot chocolate and flat white with some brownies and carrot cake and they turned out to be great. Carrot cake in particular was outstanding. Never known for their service , even this outlet isn't much different. Though a little on the expensive side , this place is welcoming after some tiresome shopping .
Nice cafe, friendly staff, nice coffee, nice ambience, Central location, overall a good experience. The staff wrongly billed two espresso's instead of one and I had made the payment also, when I noticed the mistake and informed them, without any hesitation they refunded the money.
The coffee and the brownie was so good and we really enjoyed it. It was a coffee from outside after so many months and it was really satisfying. It was on a Saturday and only issue I saw was the delay in serving as it was managed by just one girl and the guy supporting her was "absconding". It's a clean and neat place to sit and have a chat with a nice hot coffee. Recommended
Visited the Costa Cofee outlet in the Centre Square Mall in Ernakulam, Kerala, India in August 2021. It's in front of the Mall and has access from both, outside and inside. It's a welcome change from the usual Starbucks and really tastes different. Ordered regular Coffee which had a good flavor besides the Aroma. It was medium size, but was pretty strong. So. I had to ask for more cream/milk and sugar. Sat outside, since it was somewhat humid and also cherished some fresh air. I wouldn't recommend sitting outside, since there were a lot of flies all around. Due to this issue and since dine in wasn't allowed due to COVID restrictions, I had to continue having my Coffee outside. The Coffee was quite affordable. Cleanliness could still have been better and improved. Noticed lack of staff. Customer Service at the counter was pretty good.
As always one of my best coffee, the lite from Costa. Wow & wonderful.. keep serving to all coffee lovers.
