Why are you not able to run ur Cafe properly? Issues:-
1. Very high prices.
2. Why are you not serving small coffees?
3. Staff are always hostile, with atitude of take it our leave.
4. No snacks available. All high priced Items. If you have competitive prices you will do better.
5. I could be wrong, u need to have better financial control.
At T1, I love Hot chocolate from Costa Coffee only. It has a perfect Cocoa Taste.
Costa coffee is located at new food court at terminal 1 Departure. It's above average coffee shop , only few of there coffee are good otherwise a very average food is served here .

The Latte has no taste. Feels like I'm drinking hot water. Later bought a lemonade, it was so sweet that I had to throw it away. On top of all that thay have exuberant rates for their tasteless products.
