Costa Coffee has its main outlet upstairs, and a takeaway outlet (though that too has seating - several tables) on the ground floor. They have a good selection of hot and cold coffees, a relatively more restricted selection of snacks (though their sweets, such as muffins and cakes, generally tend to be better than the savoury). Service and ambience and food quality are erratic - I have been to this place several times to find that while they were open, they weren't taking orders (and didn't even let us sit at one of the tables while waiting!), and once when all the chair upholstery had been cleaned and was therefore damp. Don't go with high expectations!
Got cappuccino here and take was very good. Seating arrangement was also nice and located at entry gate of logix mall. BUT ONE OF THIER EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR (WHO ARE TAKING ORDER) QUITE ARROGANT. He don't have manners to talk nicely. I was placing order and he is busy in mobile while standing at the counter and then talk rudely ( you can find him in my photos also )

Very very average place..!! Costa coffee at one point of time used to be good..!! However the quality has dropped ..!! It's bad when compared to value for money..!! I will get more and better coffee at other places in the cost I got there coffee..!! Also we ordered a chocolate pastry it was hard and dry.. it was stale..!!!
After Long Locked down: Costa is one of the outlet which was opened in LOGIX MALL, Its just next to the Main Entrance of the Mall. Sitting area is not very convenient since they have very less sitting chairs and that too next to entrance so very chaotic. However COFFEE & Muffins are Great as always . I love COSTA COFFEE. P.S I always order - Take Away.

The food menu items are not good at all. We tried chocolate croissant and it is certainly not worth it. Three of us couldn't even finish half of it. Hot Coffee was okay, no questions there.

Recently i visited this place and i must say the ambience here is completely amazing. The coffee is just so good. They offer quality food at reasonable prices. The staff is extremely cooperative. I highly recommend this place for hangouts.
