After a hectic/stressful day, coming to Yoga is calming and restorative. Since I've been practicing I am much stronger have much greater range of motion. In upsetting situations I can call on my Yoga practice. Stretching has helped me enormously with my back problems. It's been great for balance stretching, breathing and concentration. I have myself experienced that cosmos yoga classes is a destination for genuine yoga and here yoga is practiced with due care and set ancient methodology so as to inculcate an overall well well being. The owner Geeta Burman is a trained yoga professional herself and very modest in behaviour. Regarding the fees charged by them, I can assure you that it the lowest in market and they also have several discount packages for stags and families.
