It was nice experience shopping clothes there. Good upkeep of fashion. Hope for more new arrivals. Staff and decor are fine but billings during rush hour is bit slow. Overall, good for those who don't want to rush to Siliguri for Shopping.

Out of all the shopping complex in Alipurduar, this is a bit better but not the very best.I brought a expensive saree for my mother and it started to rip apart within three days.Verify the quality of product before buying it from here.Staff members are cooperative.
Worst experience, the guy at entrance taking baggage don't have basic sense and manner. I visited the outlet with my 2 month old son and wife asked him to keep helmet at baggage counter so that it will be convenient for me to carry my son and shopping bad he refused very rudely. Being a regular shopper I wasn't expecting that. Won't go there anymore...bazar Kolkata is best.
Collections are in large but not of choice. Would recommend other shopping malls in town.
