Need to improve on service. Pantry Staff should be polite and humble. Only one staff member was available during breakfast for everyone. Tea kettle was not available in the room. Toiletries soaps dispenser were empty.
Excellent hotel. Especially perfect for train travellers bcoz it is very near to the station. Food is awesome. Tasty & sufficient quantity. Staff is very cooperative.
The most unwelcoming hotel of Goa: Whoever is planning to visit Goa, is not advised to book a stay at this hotel. Their housekeeping and other services are pathetic. They will not even provide you with basic amenities like toiletries. The staff is quite rude and you will feel very restricted throughout your stay. They will ask you n number of times if you ask them for anything for why you need it. The receptionist and other staff are always clueless. Do not book your stay here.
It was an excellent stay. Nice Hotel. Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs were too good. Hotel Manager Mr.David he was very helpful for guiding us very well. Masjid are near by its walkable distance. Thank you.....
Buffet breakfast was very nice with lots of options and variety.... But service was not good..., staff was arogant, there are cockroaches in our room, not good specially if you are going for business trip... You need to call again and again for small small things like batteries in AC remote, Ac was not working well.... No fridge in the rooms....atleast should provide small fridge for medecines etc ...
The hotel itself is one of the best services i ever had ..but the location ..its really not that good ...u can here train noise again and again ...
The ambiance and the vibes are very pleasant and lavish. The conference room is Small but good for business meeting. Well maintained place, neat and clean. Parking is in the basement for two wheelers and four wheelers.

The Madgaon railway station is not far from Hotel Go Goa. The tariff is quite fair. The space was really large and well-kept. Very clean, especially the bathroom. The a/c system was operating efficiently. Service was delivered promptly and politely.
