Priya akka is so friendly. She is one of my inspiration. She is totally dedicated in yoga and she teaches very clearly with lot of patience. I enjoy her classes. I have benifited a lot by doing yoga my leg pain has gradually reduced,weight has been reduced and I been more active now. My mental health is also very good after joining her Yoga class.

I would surely recommend cosmic yoga for beginners those who like to learn through online. Within one month i learnt so many asanas and her motivation insisting us to do better than previous day. Along with yoga each day with her class i can feel the positive vibe too.. One of the best online Yoga classes i would say!

Initially I was very doubtful to choose online class. But after joining, it was super experience for me. My sleeping time and food habit changed a lot with Priya sis guidence. She is very patience in the class and clears all students doubt with patience. Even difficult aasans She will teach step by step and make us comfortable. She is Very friendly. This is good affordable online yoga class. Priya mam's step by step instructions are very clear and easy to follow. She will patiently explain all asanas and train us to do these asanas without instruction also. Because of this class my food habits has changed,my body is more flexible now. Attended a complete Ashtanga yoga practice. Very good online yoga experience for me. All poses are done easy and simple with Priya mam's step by step guidence. Useful tips for fertility, pregnancy, weight loss and mental health will be provided frequently.

Priya mam class is soo good. She makes us do each and every pose with patience. I just joined her 2 months back and I can see much change in my body and mind.After joining her yoga class I feel energetic throughout the day even though I am not very regular to the classes.
