I request you guys not to go this company for interview becoz I went to interview last week they kept me and all the candidates waited for 5 hours. They said interview will start at 9:30 am but they took our round at 2:30 pm. It was pathetic experience for me they went for lunch and after finishing their lunch they took our 1st round. They are taking 1 aptitude test and they are rejecting most of candidate in that test. In 10 people 1 is getting selected. Horrible experience. Request you all not to go this company for interview.

Corteva is a good place to work with a proper ethics for the employees. People in this organization are very polite in their behavior. I liked the safety measures they take for the employees. But many people get confused about the tower in which Corteva is their, so there should be some awareness given to security people to provide a clear route for the address. But overall very nice place to work

I went interveiw for AP process on 11feb2019. They conducted 5 rounds of interview. 1.Ap lateral test( regarding Accounts payable) 2.versant test ( Communication skill test , pleas Google it) 3. Amcat aptitude test ( one hour) (tough but manageable) 4.managerial technical round 5.techinical or Hr discussion. I rejected in 4th round. But good experience! HR's encouragement was good! And It is a Company segregated from Dowdupont Agriscience company. Located in Financial district waverock building gate no:2. 9th floor. And no mobile phones allowed, we need to deposit mobiles while taking identity card registration. After interveiw complete then we need to return the I'd and we can collect the mobile.
