The place is only as good as a garbage dump. The municipality has not taken any efforts to make good use of it. There was a time when the park used to be a place where people walked through. The municipality has blocked it completely. It has provided place for paid parking where they overcharge you Everytime you need to park your car. The parking space closes at 6 pm which makes it absolutely stupid.
This a very small parking must say the sitting area with few rides for small kids with 9 benches to sit and enjoy kids playing. But I appreciate the fact that this place is here where we can enjoy some breather in summer.

Ok for India standards. Walkers and not so rich locals use it. Parks are not maintained by tamilnadu government overall. No specific department available and not much importance given by both mass and government as in western countries
This is a okay place for kids to play.. Doesn't have many play items.. So not much crowded. I like it as it is peaceful compared to other parks

Kendriya Vihar has 3 blocks A, B & C. Each block has three separate parks. A block park just surrounded by all A block houses and it's always lively. You can see kids playing in front of our houses safely. I love this park most.
This place is very calm and beautiful. Full of trees and there is lot of space of walking. Many chairs are there for sitting. This was a dump yard converted to tree park with many native trees(600) varieties. Elderly, kids enjoy this place very much.
