We used to go to this gym (under previous ownership) so decided to join it when we returned to Delhi for the holidays. However our experience was quite unpleasant. The management took money from us on an oral agreement and went back on their word. We didn't want to argue with them since we were in town only for a few weeks. But they are greedy, dishonest, and not trustworthy. Never believe anything they say and always take a receipt. Also, the place is filthy. They don't even provide tissue paper to clean the equipment after use.
Trainers are interested only in girls and too crowdy gym. Receptionist stares boys like anything and try to budge in and she doesn't have basic knowledge for which she hired for. Gym owners never visited gym and whole management is sick. Bad crowd makes it a total bad environment.
Poor service. Owners and manager are too greedy. The gym is already overcrowded and they are still willing to take new members. Trainers only give attention to girls. Have to wait 15-20 minutes for dumbells to get free not to forget the tiny space which is filled with mosquitos and suffocation.
Staff is very polite. Trainers are knowledgeable and give proper time to every client. They constantly work on upgrading the gym equipments to meet all the needs. Besides, they provide zumba and yoga classes also. (Inclusive of your gym fees)
Probably the best gym. Gym are as good as their trainers, and here they are 100/100. Everything in good in gym . Even trainers support u for everything like for diet, proper exercises, sleep n way to train ur muscles. In fact trainers are awesome when it comes to supports, Sandeep(trainer) provides assistance as person coaches does and instruct ppal to follow pure diet at home only no suppliments .
The trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and it's a clean gym with well equipped machinery. Would highly recommend!
The place is good to go. Be it budget wise or in terms of cleanliness. Trainers adhere and advise all to follow safety norms.
