The gym has a pleasant atmosphere and is kept impeccably clean and organized. However, the only drawback is that there is only one machine of each type, resulting in longer waiting times when there are more than 10 people in the gym. The gym opens at 7 am on Sundays, which is a positive aspect. However, for the rest of the week, it does not open at 6 am or earlier. This can be inconvenient for individuals who prioritize morning workouts.
I have been going to this gym for over a year now and I am certainly satisfied so far. Clean space, excellent selection of equipment, great management, hassle-free parking, great ambience, very helpful and courteous staff. Trainers are super engaging and they go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals no matter what fitness level you are at, especially Ram. A special shout-out to the owner who is always so kind and goes out of his way to help you. Hands down, this gym has been awesome to me. Already recommended this gym to my family and would highly recommend it to anyone

A very well equipped gym. All equipments are quite good and cover almost all body parts. Trainers are friendly and its a lot spacious as compared to other gyms in the area. The crowd is good and the gym doesn't get overcrowded even in peak hours. Membership fee is also quite economical, looking at the quality of equipments and space.

There is no compromise done in the equipment quality, the general coaches are extremely helpful and the gym is well maintained and hygienic, would refer the gym to anyone looking for a gym in Mira-Bhayandar area.

Poor customer service, equipment old and maintenance seems non existent, and the owner of the GYM i.e SAMEER he is so rude that he doesn't know how to speak with the loyal customer...he is having full of attitude...
Gym is not safe for girls and ladies, because owner will try to flirt with you ...and he will call you as he have details of yours mobile and other details...
