core tuck in is the best with ambience, atmosphere, aura and of course with their trainer the best about core tuck in team is everyone is PHYSIOTHERAPIST , so that they know every single thing about what they are making us to do me and my husband had joined the class since last 2 months, honestly we are not morning people but after coming to the class we never realised how the one hour passed. even in just 2 months we are seeing so much change in our body all the credit goes to dr. stuti and our personal trainer dr. NIKITA I can confidently say that is the best studio i have ever visited. i highly recommended this to everyone

I have found core tuck in to be an excellent place for professional and personalized training. What firstly attracted me to core tuckin was the fact that all of Dr. Stuti's team of instructors are physio therapists. With my existing knee and back conditions, I felt very safe working out with them. I must say that we together have come a long way from where I was when we started. Dr. Stuti quickly understood my limitations and took baby steps with my exercise plans. She tailors a workout plan keeping my existing condition and goals in mind. She checks in periodically to also track my progress and alter my exercise plans. Her exercises not only focus on my knee and back, but provide an overall body workout and strengthening. I have been virtual training with Dr. Harshavi for over 1.5 years to strengthen my back and knee and I have seen progress that I hadn't seen in the past 5 years. My personal trainer, Dr. Harshavi is very articulate and gives immense attention to correcting my postures and movement even on a remote session. I feel very motivated and in safe hands when working out with her. This is the strongest I have felt in 6 years! I have confidence & faith that Dr Stuti & Dr Harshavi will help me achieve my goals. I am excited to see the continued progress that lies ahead.

I have had a great experience here ! I trained with Harshavi and its been amazing. I never was a work out person but i loved pilates and the fact that the focus is more on doing things correctly rather than more reps ! Its helped me soo much with agility and just over all feeling stronger and better !

I absolutely love going to Core tuck in ! My instructor , Harshavi knows exactly what she's doing and always pushes me to do better! The vibe of the studio is very warm & welcoming! Dr Stuti is highly skilled and well read about Pilates. She inspires you to be fit , healthier and disciplined! I can see a great transformation in my body, in regards to strengthening, posture and toning. I totally love the ambience and all the equipments at the studio are top notch! Highly recommend it anyone who wants to start their fitness journey with Pilates.

My happy place! My go to place! That is core tuck in for me. I've been going here for nearly 3 months now and it's been the best experience for me. The studio is always a positive environment and I look forward to my next class as soon as my class ends! Dr Stuti is extremely easy to connect with and her tips and tricks help me not only with Pilates but also posture, nutrition and overall lifestyle.Dr Prakruti is a very fun and knowledgeable instructor who ensures that each session is challenging, yet effective for me. 10/10 recommend going to CORE TUCK IN ASAP
