Wonderful healing. My abdominal muscles were very loose. I am hernia operated twice and status had become very poor. Not even able to laugh because I will get cramps in the stomach muscles. Loose muscles were the reason. My sister who is in Trichy told me about care physio centre and I visited the clinic. The approach of the physiotherapist was very very soothing. The 4 simple excercise she taught worked wonders and 4 more during the next visit is working very well. I am to go for the 3rd visit. I am in Salem and would soon visit her.
