Core fitness club - Gym in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

The Facility is pretty big and has most of the necessary equipment. The bio-mechanics of almost all the machines are poor and won't target the required muscle group while training.All equipment are of AVON brand and is not a good quality one based on the mechanics. The trainers are okay-okay I'd say. The gym is kept clean and hygiene, has ample parking space, never gets crowded in the morning.

I had trained at least 6 month in the gym.The staff has no sense on how or what to talk to customers. The behaviour of the trainer was bad & when the issue was raised to the management , they were rude & asked me to join another gym .

Best fitness club in Kozhikode town . All equipments are available . Best trainers to help the members . Personnel training also available . Has an option for Cross fitness too . Helpful for everyone even a fresher . Friendly trainer's abd environment too . Centralized ac area .

Very good gym with amazing and very helpful trainers. Missing few machines but nothing important.
