Corbett Treat Resort(r) - Resort hotel in Ramnagar (Nainital), Dhela - Nainital, India

The rooms were clean with basic amenities like electric kettle, refrigerator and ac, hospitable staff members, the pool was clean. The food menu had a lot of variety with good taste. The outdoor area was the highlight of the trip. In the evening they had bonfire with music, one can sit and enjoy the nature. Mr. Kapil was very welcoming and hospitable. Would love to visit the same place again.

I enjoyed my stay at Corbett Treat Resort. Luxurious room and delicious food. The staff is excellent. I would love to stay again in this resort whenever I will visit Jim Corbett again.

I had a booking with this property from 29th sep to 1st October for family suite. I have 2000 in advance and made my booking. My only mistake was that i didn't made booking from make my trip or any other site. So today I called them regarding them about my Booking. They denied, said ma'am booking is for a room and we will provide you extra bed . I showed them screenshot and still they denied. Just wanted to share my experience with you all.

I had very bad experience with staff here. Our travel agent had booked 2 rooms and when we arrived at resort at 12 am manager said there was some miscommunication and only 1 room is booked whereas they had taken advance payment for 2 rooms. After arguing he provided 2 rooms and staff there kept our luggage inside room and forgot keys somewhere and we had to wait outside rooms for 1 hour. And instead of saying sorry he was asking why dont you adjust in single room and why you got this late.

We have visited Room 114, 115, 116 and 117. Room are very clean, all amenities are working well. Room service and staff is very polite, responsible and friendly. They provide really five star services. The USP of the resort is their an exception food. In our two breakfast, lunch and dinner they serve various varieties and all varieties are too tasty. Food prepared vell, less oily and the flavour is awesome. I given them 10/10.

We booked a package from travel triangle and got this hotel . When we were about to reach hotel ,we got a call from booked hotel ( Corbett treat Resort) and they said room is not available as by mistake we overbooked so we will accommodate you in another hotel ( Corbett Aroma Heaven) . We were about to reach Jim Corbett so we decided to continue. The Rooms ( 111,112) they gave was very small,dirty and wash room was smelling, even the soap case ,hanger was broken. After complaining,the hotel staff said we don't have any room available . We were having 2 kids( infants) with us ,so we were exhausted. After coming back,when I complained,they said you should have called after reaching hotel.Imagine ,after reaching their at 4 pm( travelled for 6-7 hours) ,we will coordinate for hotel again to waste our evening or look after the kids who were shouting for food. When I asked for some refund because we paid for delux room and what we got was not even standard I guess.They said,refund is not possible. They came to know that hotel is overbooked when we were about to reach there. What is the point of booking in advance,then.

They cancelled the booking as they wanted to sell the rooms at a higher rate. They said the rooms were unavailable but after cancelling I could see the same rooms listed at a higher rates. The guy I spoke was fkin rude and was on some ego trip just because it was a peak season. Thank god did not get to witness that kind of Hospitality in person! Unethical Business like these are prime example why Tourists have a sour taste in India.

One of the best resorts I have ever visited, had a titillating experience!!! This is a family-friendly, party-friendly, friend-friendly!! & one of the very best accommodation and host you'll ever find in a resort. Here are some accolades of the resort -: 1.) The resort premise were very neat and clean, with the nice aroma of Greenery 2.) Rooms are really spacious, with very generous and nice room service 3.) Amenities - the resort has nearly everything one could imagine Cons -: 1.) Sometimes you may not find the food to your liking So all in all this is one of the very best resorts one could find given the pricing and locality!!!
