Corbett The Grand - Hotel in Ramnagar, Khushhalpur Buxa - Nainital, India

Rooms are spacious but little bit old and dirty. There were cigrate filters all over the balcony. The room service was not good they weren't listening to the request. Moreover there is no lift in the 3 floor building. The only good thing was, is food that's why giving 3 star. Not value for money.

Resort is just amazing. All the facilities were appreciable. The staff there is so cooperative, helpful and good in nature. Food quality, rooms everything is just awesome. I would like to thank Mr churamani Prasad who is always just a call away when you need any kind of help, Mr. Mahendra Rawat (FnB Manager) Mr. Fahim (Corp. Sales) and Mr Yogesh Arya (HK Manager) for their outstanding support throughout the stay.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had staying at a property, far from the madding crowd. The rooms were damp with a strong odor. We had insects and snails on the bed. The service was so pathetic that they did not even bother to send extra water bottles. The walls had termites all over in room 403. Their landline phones are just a show piece item as no one bothered to attend the calls. The bottles were also unsealed ones that we received, which makes us doubt about the quality of water. The swimming pool was dirty, and one could see the algae forming in the pool. (Not that we were there for swimming but basic hygiene was overall missing in the property). The towels provided were also not washed properly. Talking about the location, the roads are bumpy towards the location with lots of potholes, something that visitors need to consider before reaching this place. Overall, it was a pathetic experience, and I hope these feedbacks are taken seriously by the management.

This is a fantastic resort for your vacation in Jim Corbett area. I went there in a group of 4 families, the experience was wonderful. Very friendly staff, great food, very good service, nice amenities, wonderful views, very clean swimming pool and surroundings. One of the best resorts that I've been to. Special mention to Mr. Fahim from the hotel corporate office. He was the one who made our stay in the resort amazing. He took personal care of our stay and convenience in the resort. He made sure that we are 100% comfortable in the resort and do not face any inconvenience. Special thanks for your care.

Manager was so illiterate,,we reached hotel at mid night, asked for the room key, he said come and take your key by yourself else it will take 30 mins you can wait.. this was not done ... this is something very ridiculous

This is worst property that one can book for its vacation...... Highly unprofessional management that is taking care of property rooms not cleaned before being given to guest Private pool of rooms has moss (kai) broken tiles and dirty water , kettle of room was broken and left over food from previous guests lying on floor To top it all no privacy in rooms they conducted a privare party outside the rooms of guest and loud noise from property created nuisance and disturbance for people in the room and when you ask the management to stop they didnt provide any solution Pathetic is very good word to describe this property and unfortunately no zero star in google review

This property is awesome. Food is superb. Swimming pool is quite big. We loved whole vacation.
