Corbett Call Resort - Resort hotel in Ramnagar - Nainital, India

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the food quality at your hotel. During my recent visit to your establishment, I discovered that there was a worm in the food I was served. Such a lapse in food safety and hygiene standards is completely unacceptable and poses a significant health risk to your patrons. I strongly urge you to take immediate and stringent measures to address this issue and ensure that it does not happen again in the future. I recommend a thorough inspection of your kitchen and food preparation areas to identify and rectify any potential sources of contamination. Additionally, all staff involved in food handling should undergo proper training in food safety protocols. It is crucial that you take this matter seriously and implement corrective actions promptly. Neglecting such issues can severely damage your hotel's reputation and, more importantly, jeopardize the well-being of your customers. Rooms were quite expensive as compared to the facilities provided. But the location was one hundred percent recommended. Every room has a unique view from the window. Behind the resort, the river is flowing, which gives this place a heavenly addition. The food was fine. They also have a small swimming pool, which wasn't in use at the time we went there. They also provide bonfire. Rooms were big, but were not very well maintained. They need to work on furniture and washrooms. But the place was overall very beautiful.

I WISH I COULD RATE THEM IN NEGATIVE. 5/5 FOR THE LOCATION INFACT THE BEST LOCATION AMONG THE OTHER NEIBOURING RESORTS. (-/5) FOR THE MANAGEMENT BY THE TEAM, (-ve/5) FOR PROVIDING BASIC AMINITIES LIKE WATER AND ELECTRICITY. AC NOT WORKING ,FANS NOT WORKING. NO CLEANLINESS AT ALL. DIRTY BEDSHEETS, DIRTY TOILETS , DIRTY ROOMS. THEY CALL TABLE SERVING AS BUFFET WERE THEY HARDLY PUT UP NOT MORE THAN 2-3 BASIC DISHES AND CHARGE U A KIDNEY FOR IT. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIS RESORT AS THEY CAN CLEARLY NOT HANDLE IT. ME & MY FAMILY SUFFERED LIVING HERE, WE WENT TO OTHER RESORT FOR ROOM BUT WASN'T AVAILABLE SO HAD TO STAY HERE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY , TIME AND MENTAL PEACE. I CAME IN SEEK OF PEACE BUT ALL MY DAYS GOT WASTED JUST BY ARGUING WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT. NEVER STAY HERE SPECIFICALLY IN SUMMERS... IT'S HORRIBLE. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON NOTHING. IT'S NOT VERY CHEAP THEY ARE CHARGING A GOOD AMOUNT FOR PROVIDING NO SERVICES AT ALL. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WORST !!!! WORSTTT!!!

The resort is a hell do not stay in this resort. The rooms and bathroom are dirty being very old construction and that too not maintained properly. The bedsheet are also very dirty and torn ones. I left the resort within 15 to 30 minutes after trying 2 to 3 rooms all the room were bad in condition. The greedy owner did not refund my advance paid amount Rs 3500/-. The rooms are not worth Rs 500/- also. It's a genuine review please do not waste your money on this resort . Thanks

Not that much worthy. Linen was very dirty not in a condition to use. Good quality also pathetic. Can do more improvement on the above point. Other than location wise it was good

The moment I checked into the resort I was taken back to the Bad Old Times (Sarkari) management, style and this is before I could even go to the room. I am pretty sure that no other resort has this kind of vast space but, as the saying goes it is not how much you have but what you make of it! The management is so bad that it takes away the charm pretty quickly. Rooms are comfortable but not luxurious, bathrooms have broken glass shower area, hardly any toiletries. You shall come into rude fact when the staff tells you that there is no fridge in the room, and for getting the beer/beverage cold, he shall not take more than a number of bottles. The saga continues; I agreed for the number of bottles as told by the staff, used the cool drink and asked him to take that many bottles to be cooled. On this (read 2nd time) the guy must have had enough, and told me that it shall be chargeable (just to get rid of it). Food is something that is really bad, not at all good. People who are coming must be for the view and the spaciousness but, am for sure that there would not be repeat customers. Final Verdict: You can surely give it a miss. If actual river side is what you are looking at in Marchula, then go for Corbett River Creek which is just 2 kms further ahead. Been there and it is reasonably priced, very delicious food and immaculate service.

Dear Team - Corbett Ramganga Resort, We had a great time and Stay at Corbett Ramganga Resort during our Visit from 5th July 21 to 9th July 21. Great place where one can see greenery everywhere, water flowing sideways and can witness some Wild Life Experiences, which makes it Best Location. Mango Trees were great and we had some - Live from the Farms. Thanks to the Staff making our stay easier. Mr. Kapoor took every Care. Mahender ensured safe trekking and took us inside the Nature to explore. Satish and Aman made us feel great and ensured we enjoy our food. Thanks Team Regards Anil Chopra Camfil India

Have been to many resorts in ramnagar, Would say this is the pathetic one, no hygiene at all, The service is very bad. The rooms are not maintained at all. You won't even get a soap in there washrooms..lol The toilet seat was broken, The AC was not working, i have many other things to say but i guess that's enough!
