Services were good. Nice experience. Can improve on the communication by the therapist, as they are from North east, they have problem communicating clearly. Can enquire as to the language in which the client would be comfortable and then further on use the same language that would make the communication more clear.

The only spa in Kanpur where you get real massage, therapists are really experienced and i felt great relaxation. Highly recommended.

Pathetic, to say the least. I took an aromatherapy massage (because they said pressure can be customised as against the Swedish massage where pressure is very light). When i reached, the first unusual thing i noticed was 1) They demand payment in advance. Paid them and went for the massage - 2) Shockingly, they use NO aroma oils (essential oil) to mix with the base oil, the quality of the latter also being dubious. When I asked the lady at the reception, why no essential oil was being used, she gave the lame excuse that Aroma therapy massage is never about any essential oil, but just a difference in amount of pressure applied...I ASKED HER TO GOOGLE and tell me what Aromatherapy massage means. 3) Next asked which oil were they using for the massage, to which I was told Olive Oil, when i asked which brand, they again had no clue whatsoever... 4) The lady giving the massage must have been specially trained to irritate customers, as I must have asked her to apply more pressure atleast 10 times in 20 minutes, which she applied for just a minute of two and again came back to feather light massage...I was fed up asking her for more pressure after 20 minutes and just wanted to get this 60 minutes of sham to be over with ASAP. 5) Later while leaving, I asked the receptionist, if she googled to check what an aromatherapy massage entails - to which she said "you were correct but "hamare yahan aromatherapy ka matlab ye nahi hota hai, sirf pressure main difference hota hai" - how LAME. The SPA is neat and clean, but the quality is pathetic, absolutely third class...NEVER would I recommend this place to anyone at all. Highly dejected.

The spa is amazing, the way the customer is treated here is exemplary. The courteous receptionist and the masseuse will make you feel truly special. Doesn't seem like some awkward money grabbing businesses where you are just another one in the queue. The rooms are well designed for your comfort, unbelievably clean and hygienic. The massage process overall is quite amazing making you feel devoid of worldly miseries and make you never want to leave that abode of peace and comfort. I hope the spa chains cover more regions in kanpur soon enough for many more people to relish the luxury of mystical experience.

Coral Spa is one of the high-end spas... Had an awesome experience with massage and facial service...very clean and cozy interiors.... Must go for relaxing time...!!
