The service was very poor and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional.
The cleaner had changed the bed sheet with blood stains and the hotel receptionist took Rs 500 from us in the name of cleaning the bed sheet.
If u are booking this hotel even after reading reviews, you are in trap. Business class or professional people must avoid this hotel. As there is absolutely no professionalism in the hotel staff.
Excellent hotel at reasonable price. Well maintained, clean, gorgeous. The bathroom was also very clean. Behavior of staff members is good. Over all a very nice experience.
