This is very nice and its really cool to be in the GYM working out with friends , the trainers are very accommodating & very passionate about every step of exercise, and give proper advice PRE & POST Workout! and the most significant thing among all considered good Hygiene.
I joined as a fresher i don't know about anything regarding gym and fitness.
When I joined this gym my trainer would help me to learn all those things about fitness, exercise and gym.
