Copper Dog Restaurant - Family restaurant in Perumbaikad - Kottayam, India

Had an amazing experience visiting the restaurant for lunch. The food was really tasty. We had a chicken biriyani and the taste was a bit different and really liked it. We tried beef pepper skewer, mixed sizzler, and chicken pepper pizza. Have to give 5* for all food. This is the first time I had such a cheesy pizza. Sizzler was mixed we could taste chicken beef prawn all in one. And the quantity of sizzler was also more than expected. And the bill was way below our expectations. One of the best spot to try continental dishes in Kottayam. We were 4 people and we were really full and we're unable to try the desserts.

Copper Dog restaurant is a must go restaurant in Kottayam.All the foods served are yummy. Have tried different dishes and all were really good. Porotta,dragon chicken,milk shake, soups, biryani,fried rice and every item were good.

Food is ok.. no reason to complaint. But i felt something is missing. Definitely I will visit this place again to try other items.

Food is mostly tasty and has good varieties. Nice ambience and cleanliness. Not at all crowded. Pricier than other similar places. Tried Alfahm, fried rice, lasagna, burgers, Porotta, butter chicken, dragon chicken, few mojitos, peach ice tea, chocolate milk shake etc. All where good enough and tasty. If you're looking for a cozy calm restaurant with good food and service and ok with bit more price then this is the best available in the area. Enough parking space available. Accepts cash, card and UPI payments. Have home deliveries in 5kms. They have rooms also available for stay in same building.

It was a late noon glut that took us there as a part of exploring nearby cuisine. And boy, were we in for a pleasant surprise. We both had chicken biryani (that swept us away) and a lemon soda to complement. The rice was well cooked, had sufficient spices and the chicken was coated in some spice mix that we could not completely decipher but tasted quite good. Both were decently priced for what was being offered. The ambience was good as well, although it must be noted that the place was not crowded when we were there. The tables were clean and well arranged. We did have to wait 5 minutes for the food to arrive but it was acceptable. Hopefully will visit this place soon to check out other dishes. Since I was impressed with the biryani here, we ordered food for a function at our home. We ordered egg friend rice and chilly gobi and picked it up ourselves. I must say that we all were left surprised by how good it was.

The worst biriyani I've ever eaten. It's filled biriyani rice and no beef pieces, I just ordered beef biriyani. I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The beef was small and the price was high. This isn't recommended, and I had to wait for the biriyani for half an hour.

The place has an serene ambience. The place has good seating capacity and it was not crowded. The service was very polite We tried their chatti choru, lasagna, cream of mushroom soup and banoffee pie. The soup and lasagna were super delicious and made according to our requests. In chattichoru, beef was well cooked and delicious. But the seafood curries were not upto the mark.

Delicious food, excellent service. Excellent in quality and quantity ; a biriyani can serve 2. Friendly and helpful staffs especially Kuriachan. Based on the dine in in the month of September 2022
