Super Slow Service. We were a party of 4 and decided on Copper Chimney to have our lunch buffet as it was near to our place. Reached there at 2pm and the slow experience started. We had to ask multiple times for starters which ideally should have been served already. Only after catching hold of the manager, finally we were served. The taste is okay, however they have absolutely no variety in their non veg menu & desserts. Kindly avoid this place and try some other restaurants for buffet especially. Mumbai has loads of restaurants where you would be served much better!!
Today I visited this authentic place which is copper chimney chembur branch for a buffet lunch, they started with veg starters and non veg starters, paneer tokka was so soft ans nice and flavourful, corn tikki , cheese Corn balls, chicken tikka was yummy, mutton kebabs were nice, fish tikka was nice. Service should be improved because I got lemons and onions after my starters were over . Then in the main course so many options were there in veg and non veg too Veg Biryani, Lahore chicken, papad, veg raita were nice Dessert were also also amazing
Dead slow service.. service people are not at all responsive.. Only 4 starters, in that fish fry is always out of stock(this is second time we faced the same issue). Only positive is taste of the food is good. Even though manager tries to help the customers, he was helpless in many situations. Problem might be under staffing or no proper communication between them. Better go for other restaurants which gives good service like BBQ or AB's..
By the fame, we had visited this place but it was not that pleasent to give the wow experience which Copper Chimney should give. Though we visited around 9.30pm, the food on the counters was almost over, only few chunks of chicken and some gravy at the bottom was available. Pani Puri serving person was rude and that too after we waited for almost 15mins for him to appear at the counter. I think guests have the right to hot and tasty food after paying in full.
Copper Chimney One of my most favourite restaurants in Mumbai for a great dining experience and it never disappoints. I recently visited with a friend for Lunch at the Chembur outlet and we had such a great experience. We loved everything right from the soup to the dessert. I highly recommend this place for food lovers.

Meals, services and everything is great. Definitely recommend visiting this place for a family dinner or a hangout with friends. My favorite point was that employees always wear masks. Last week, after we watch movie in Cubic Mall, Chembur we went to Copper Chimney. The location of the restaurant is very convenient, as it is situated within the shopping mall, which makes it easily accessible for people in the mall and outside also. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a combination of modern and traditional decor elements. Moving on to the food, Copper Chimney serves a range of North Indian and Mughlai dishes that are sure to delight any food lover. The menu features a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including classic dishes such as butter chicken, biryani, and kebabs. We tried dahi ke kababs, Mix of tandoor chicken platter, chicken tikka masala with Naan and chicken biryani. For desserts we tried their special dessert. Everything was really awesome in taste. The quality of the ingredients used in the dishes was evident, as each dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The restaurant also offers a full bar menu, which includes a good selection of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages. We tried mocktail here, which were really beautifully made, amazing in taste. Took family here for lunch yesterday. Had a great time. Food was amazing, went for the non veg set signature menu. Everything from appetiser, mains and dessert was great. Special mention for the fish and grilled chicken. Ambience is also quite nice.
