Copper Chimney BKC is a fantastic restaurant in Mumbai. The ambiance is elegant and inviting, with a warm and friendly staff ready to assist you. I had high expectations of this chain but this visit was nothing above average. The price vs service level was definitely off. The food was good but nothing exceptional. It felt as if it was catered to a non- Indian crowd. Even though the place was half empty and enough service staff, I expected a faster service when it came to being present to take the order. After ordering, the staff informed that it will take more than 15 minutes for the food which could've been something they told us right when giving the menu card. The ambience and music was good. The tables were well lit with was big plus!
I always wanted to visit this place and it was worth it. They have limited options because they prepare everything fresh. The order takes time too because of this reason. The food is totally worth the wait and the options provided are very tasty. My experience was good but they don't have much options in their menu also each and everything is very expensive in simple words not much worth the price.... Ambience was pretty good and decent lighting. Plus the most important thing I noticed here is about their cleanliness and hygiene, the kitchen and allover was super clean but the washrooms were not clean and were veryyyy smelly.
The food and service here is amazing. The servers nitin & shamin were very polite & great at what they do.
Nitin was very considerate and attentive; made our experience! Of course, the food was all amazing, including the chocolate in the desserts (we did the lunch buffet)
