I wish I could give a negative rating. Worst experience. We had booked the rooms looking at the photos and got scammed. The photos seen in reviews are not even close to what is actually there.
The pool was not at all deep. Less than knee level. The rooms were very bad - poorly maintained, dusty and had holes.
We did not stay looking at the condition of the place. And was not given a refund as well. Very disappointed.
Stars are for rafting sport on lake and activities in lake. All other games not worthy due to poor coordination and poor maintenance of equipment. Wonderfully planned , implemented but poorly maintained. If you maintain well it will become a wonderful place for everyone. Avoided most games owing to poor maintenance. After you buy ticket there is no proper guidance for sports activity.. Needs lot of improvement. Request owner not to degrade such a wonderful facility. Instead you can reduce activaties so that few others can be maintained very well so that your park won't disappoint visitors.

My recent experience at The Coorg Waterpark was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. From the moment we set foot in the resort, it was clear that we had made a grave mistake.
The room we were assigned was a disgrace. The sheets on the mattress were not just dirty - they were shockingly filthy, as if they hadn't been changed for ages. The overpowering stench in the room was suffocating, making it impossible to even take a deep breath. The restroom was a horror show, with hygiene standards far below what any reasonable person would expect.
But what truly shocked me was the utter lack of professionalism and decency exhibited by the resort's staff. Despite the appalling conditions of the room, the resort had the audacity to charge us an exorbitant amount. When we decided that we couldn't possibly stay in such a revolting environment and requested to cancel, they flatly refused to return the advance payment we had made. It's clear that they have no qualms about taking money for a room that is utterly uninhabitable.
The behavior of the staff, particularly the person in charge, was beyond belief. When we attempted to document the deplorable state of the room by taking photographs, we were met with threats and intimidation. Instead of addressing our concerns, they resorted to bullying tactics, which is absolutely unacceptable.
The situation went from bad to worse when we attempted to escalate the issue to the manager. Shockingly, the manager was nowhere to be found on the property. Our attempts to communicate and seek resolution were met with radio silence, highlighting the complete disregard this resort has for its guests' wellbeing.
If you value your sanity, your hard-earned money, and your overall wellbeing, I implore you to steer clear of The Coorg Waterpark. This establishment clearly has no interest in providing a clean, comfortable, and respectful experience to its guests. There are countless other options in the area that are deserving of your patronage - places that actually prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold basic standards of cleanliness and decency. Do yourself a favor and avoid The Coorg Waterpark at all costs.

I visited this park with my friends and spent only 1-2 hours. We only tried the river rafting and it was good. Staff was also helpful and communicative. Don't know about the other rides, rooms, cafe and facilities.

Value for money burger! Basic, not a lot of mayo and extras, fat juicy patty and egg. It was priced at 100 inr which is quite nice. The person who was attending to the customers, was also very nice ane friendly. Do give it a shot if you are in Kushal
