Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the resort. Beautiful place with kids play area and pool. Good food and Ambience. Courteous staff to attend our calls. Great evenings with Music and Bonfire. One of the evenings had a Live Musical event. Refreshing stay on a whole. Would suggest opting this place.

The location and amenities are superb. Resort Staffs and management rendered their best service, which is really a great gesture. Resort has swimming pool, water slide and facilities of Rain dance, which we enjoyed most. Kids play area is also having all common play. Badminton court and walking space makes resort a place, where we can spend quality time. There is scope of improvement in room specially bathroom. Overall it's good time we had in resort.

One of the best events venue near Kushalnagar coorg.. Best service with tasty food menu. Ample vehicle parking with resort all facilities.. swimming pool with Rooms .. , Live music with bonfire. Very reasonable price .... Pocket friendly environment. Friendly staff.

It was the wort stay till date. Food quality of of very bad quality . U cannot eat at all. My wife got sick after coming back . The resort was not at all kids friendly , the washroom and rooms are very badly maintained. The kitchen is very higenic. For sure people staying in the resort will get sick after the trip. The staff was not at all polite . There is no person there to complain also. The labours are managing the show. The swimming pool was very dirty and insects were there in pool. Over all very wort experineexperiencec and if u love ur family and children and want your family to be safe and healthy , please never go the resort.

First thing, it is not a three star hotel. Well i had quite mixed experience. The USP of the place is water slides with loud speakers playing foot tapping music, and Play area for kids, both of which are awesome! however on every other front, i would not recommend the place for staying. Rooms are disappointing to say the least. they are too small, considering that the target audience is family with kids. You hardly get place to walk. Even family rooms are congested. Very old types and way too basic for the price Room fixtures (electricals, plumbing) are just barely functional, however, clean. Rooms have huge triangular balconies. The view is good. Outside of the room, things are better off. The water slides, the pool, the kids play area, Projector, seating area, bonfire, are actually good. Resort has plenty of land at the foothills. It's quite green Location is about 800 m from state Highway (which is single road, and narrow), but about 4 kms from Kushalnagar market. The place doesn't have anything else in 2-3 km radius, except the basic village like setup. Food was at reasonable in breakfast. On one day we got reasonable dinner but on second day it was pathetic. We had to go out at 9:30pm 4 kms after tasting it (if it is a kids resort, wouldn't you expect kids friendly food? forget that, even for adults it wasn't upto the mark). Would you not expect your room to have an extension phone? Or at least have a number displayed to contact for room service? there wasn't any. No kettle or tea kit in room. If i just have to look at the room, I wouldn't pay even 1500/- per night for that kind of room. But for resort facilities, yes, you may argue that it maybe worth, say 2500/- but certainly not more. we paid 4000/- per night including breakfast And 400/- per person for dinner was way too high. although called a buffet, it had just some biryani, dal, one payasam, one very basic curry. If you eat that outside you would maximum pay 100/- for that. However on another day, it was better. Even presentation was very average. The resort staff were quite friendly overall. That was the other good part. Overall, i advise the management to: 1. have a side table in every bedroom 2. renovate the rooms: they seem quite old 3. Keep the porch entrance area clean (it looks too rustic, village like to appeal a family with young kids). it may appeal to some. 4. Give finishing touches to rooms, bathrooms, leaky flush, muddy hotwater, shaking washbasin

The resort is not great but just OK. The location of the resort is within the city and we don't feel like being in nature in a place like Coorg. It has a swimming pool with water slides which is good for kids. This is the only positive I have about this resort. The rooms are just ok and we have a friendly staff. The food we had was not good. Overall the resort is not worth the huge price we pay for.
