Coorg Pemm's Homestay - Home Stay in Madikeri - Kodagu, India

We stayed for two nights the Rooms and Service was Good. And the Staff MR. Ravi Was so helpful and always available. What ever the request we gave was fulfilled by him even the small item like note book and pencils was provided by him he never refused at all. Everything was Good and Maintained Well. Keep Going!!!!

Best stay and host I recommend to all my friends and family. Those people are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and also value for money. They will also guide us throughout the trip. I had to share an experience happened in Madikeri when I was staying Pemm's homestay. On the 2nd day of my trip, me and my girlfriend was travelling from Madikeri to kushalnagar in car. On the way, a mini bus hit my car. By gods grace nothing happened to us, but my car was really broked and not in a running condition. We were really frightened, dont know what to do, not familiar with the language, was totally confused. At that time I called Kuttappa, who is the host of my homestay. He send his brother-in-law ( Gireesh ) to the place of accident. He really helped me in getting my car fixed and also helped me in getting a compensation from the bus driver. Those people have a good connection with the locals. So I really recommend everyone to stay in Coorg Pemm's homestay if you have any plan to visit the "Scotland of India-Kodagu".

Writing this review after about a week only. We were searching for a homestay for a family of about 12 people. There were many websites but it was outside of the town and costly as well. Then, I got to this place and contacted the owner. He was really nice and sent the pictures of the house and other details which were perfect while we checked in. The home stay is very much near the town and at least 10 minutes away from Raja's seat. The rooms are neat and tidy, we provided 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The whole ground floor and 1st floor was ours with 2 big halls. Other facilities are Fridge, WiFi, water provided, hot water kettle, tempo traveller parking, etc., Glad to mention the caretaker, he is so kind and helpful. He provided what all we wanted in a very quick response. We ordered food with him and the foods he bought from the hotels were tasteful and worthy. He took just less than half an hour to be available even we ordered veg or non-veg. Thanks. Our family really liked the home stay and rooms we surely wanted to stay again and again here when we visit Coorg Madikeri next time. I would prefer this place to stay whenever my friends and family visits Madikeri.

Stay was for 2 nights, for a group of 9 Adults and 3 kids. The facility provided us with 2 living quarters, each had a living room and two bedrooms. The toilet was clean and well maintained. The living room had a sofa, a small table with two chairs. Kettle, Television, Wifi. Home inverter in case of power outages. The caretaker was very good and courteous and made our stay very pleasant. Suggestions to improve: Madikeri being of damp weather, wet towels never dry out. Would be good to have a Drying stand. Also the floor gets wet and moisture remains forever in Madikeri, plug in heaters for a few minutes could help it get dry. Wardrobe had zero hangers, A few hangers per wardrobe would help the visitors.

Rooms are very clean .staff service was very good...I really enjoyed my holidays in Coorg Pemms Home stay please go and enjoy....

It was very pleasant stay at pemm's homestay. Property was supper cleaned & specious .Very comfortable bed. Caretaker Mr Ravi is very polite & ponchual.He was allways at our service. Anytime & anything we had requested ,he had addressed it. We requested breakfast early morning around 7: 40 ,he arranged it without any hesitation.The breakfast was awesome. Mr Ganesh owner of this property is a very sorted person, he planned our pickup/drop ,sight seeing with his 2 vehicles for 4 days .both the veichles & drivers are very good. I strongly recommend this service to all ,who wants to spent a quality time in coorg with absolutely no headache for food/stay/travel. Just call Mr ganesh ,he arrange everything for you with reasonable rate.

The rooms were very neat and clean. The service was good. The driver was very nice.

Really amazing. Did not expect such great room & amazing stay. A homely stay as stated and would recommend this 100%.
