We have stayed in this place for a night. It's a nice 4bhk house with Kitchen. group of 8-15 people can book this whole property. Property: Well maintained property with garden and enough space in the hall. Rooms: Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Food : complementary breakfast was provided. It was good. On request they will provide homemade lunch and dinner. Other: carrom board, campfire, Tv in the hall, Wifi and 24x7 hotwater. Nothing fancy as such as it's a homestay. Commute: easy to reach as on Google maps. This homestay is very near to Golden temple, Nisargadhama, Dubare camp, Chiklihole dam, harangi dam. Over all it was a nice experience.

Perfect experience with this homestay and its owner (property owner) Mr. Kaverappa. The ambience, cleanliness, amenities/facilities, owner behaviour, parking space, food, punctuality and guidance are all top class. We stayed for 3 nights and just luckily we got it (bcz another party canceled) while we denied another homestay booked though MMT. The first night we felt very unsafe because all 3 main doors were kept open, but from the very next morning our fear was gone. Everything from ordering food (we ordered N. Indian dinner and got exactly how we ordered at the exact time we asked) to proper behavior of the owner (who is the caretaker himself), everything is conducive to a comfortable stay. The road to this homestay is pretty straightforward as given on G-Maps. There is a beautiful garden all around the property. only 1 suggestion - the bedroom window glass panes are transparent - privacy concern. If we go to Coorg again, we're going to pre-book this place again. Highly recommended.

Nice big clean room with lots of natural light, in a lovely quiet setting beside the river. The owner is very helpful and helped me call auto transport, cost is only 40 rupees to Kushalnigar.

This is a very spacious home stay with 4-5 very big rooms and a very big hall and kitchen. Breakfast is complementary. They will provide lunch and dinner on request. The owner stays at a walkable distance and the food is prepared from his house. Food is pretty decent. The kitchen has enough utensils incase if you want to cook food by own. The place is very near to Kushalnagar town and Nisargadama.

We were a group of 15 and we booked the whole home. It was a spacious and comfortable space which was completely worth the price. The house can easily accomodate maximum 20 people. The owner was a humble person and was kind enough to help whenever needed. Being a fully furnished house we didn't have to worry about much and the location is just 2km away from the city in case of emergencies. They also provided delicious breakfast and we even got to taste local home made sweets. The river behind the house is an added bonus. I recommend this house to families and group of friends.

This homestay is so great with services and hospitable of family. :) I just can say that it is so wonderful to stay here. Everyone should come and get experience at this homestay. Especially Rohini(owner of the homestay)is an amazed person . She is so so wonderful with her friendly & cute nature.... I love the way she made for us feel happy

1.Well maintained homestay with friendly and helpful host 2.They provide sumptuous homemade food too, if you need it 3.Good for family stay, a room on first floor directly overlooks Kaveri, there is separate area where you can enjoy breakfast in morning sun 4.Recently they have put a good collection of books in the family rooms, so you have organic options to spend time even if you don't plan to go outside 5.Things that could be improved(although minor, i am mentioning them): a.flush worked fine on 1st day, next day it gave problems, these things could affect guest experience esp. for family. b.one bed was small in width to properly accommodate my mom and sister c. mostly all channels on TV are in local language, you could probably subscribe to other regional languages of perhaps neighbouring states like Marathi, Malayalam, etc. depending on the guests that visit your place 6.Finally I would say keep up the good work by continuing to keep the prices affordable
