I've been going to this gym for almost 10 years, and I can honestly say that this gym has been my second home since then. The atmosphere of this gym is parallel to none. The trainer Mr Pradeep is well versed in everything related to fitness and nutrition. I would easily put him in the category of a world class trainer. It's the best... The trainer makes all the difference...You may find other gyms which have better equipment but it will be very hard to find a more dedicated and committed trainer than Pradeep.
