Coorg End Homestay - Home Stay in Kushalnagar, Benagal - Mysuru, India

Not at all reliable. They don't worry about their reputation. Only money they want. No sanctity for any confirmed booking. We booked two rooms for 5 of us through a travel website and confirmation received. We called them up and confirmed the booking directly as well. When we reached the place, we called them to find the locality but they said only one room available. They said they sent a mail which we never received. Since we did not pay any amount, was supposed to pay on arrival, they have given the confirmed room to someone else. Don't ever rely on such so called home stay. We found there are hundreds of better options than this on the same kushal Nagar madikeri road. Now we know where to stay.

Got to stay in Tent, Tent was clean, bedding was good and cosy, lights were setup nicely. AC setup was perfect. Bathroom setup was spacious and hot water was available at drop of hat. Surrounding area is nice. Good place to relax.

Thanks for the reply from the owner on my review a couple of days back. the mistake is from the owner too. we in fact called him over phone and he said he received the booking and would ping me that day. he could have very well send a reply through an sms or just called me back to inform that there are no rooms available. when we called up, what prevents him from calling back? it is a general courtesy. As an avid traveller with my family to many places in India and Abroad, we are always keen to confirm our bookings and never had to write such a review. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay in Kushal nagar as many such beautiful home stays are available between Kushal Nagar and Madikeri.

Excellent rating for the hospitality and service of the host. It's within a small farm, either you can get AC rooms or AC tents, both being neat and clean. Road side property with easy access to Kushalnagar township and it amenities. Food was great, owner was very keen on making sure that we experience local food from Coorg, which was really great. Breakfast and either Lunch or Dinner was included. Additionally any requests nade for coffee or tea and snacks was always serviced. There is a premium football ground in the property, you can watch the locals from Tibetan settlements playing football from evening till midnight. There is a great coffee house outside the property as well. Stay here for the hospitality of the host.

Nice place to stay. We have taken tent house and it was good. In the evening there will be football team player and we can enjoy seeing the match. As the place is on the main road it's fully secured.

Don't book when you see the Google images... it's originality totally different..worst rooms, so much dust in the rooms, showers not working properly in many rooms, even hot water also not available in their rooms..no geysers. If you can go if it's 500 rs below...not worthable for 1000 rs above... Go to nakshatra residency for better experience in these 1500 price range...

For a perfect getaway from all the hustle and bustle, this is a right choice. Host is very warm and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Food is brilliant, tasty and finger licking good. We were a bunch of 8 colleagues who visited this homestay from BLR and HYD and everyone loved the place. Situated in the midst of a farm, it is serene and calm. For Football enthusiasts, the futsal field is a highlight. You can have a heavenly cup of coffee from AIN mane cafe and watch a game. I would definitely recommend this place

Good hospitality, polite staff and worth for money stay. Food was good Rooms are not exactly same as the picture in Google but pretty decent. Best part is it's near kushalnagar bustop easy to reach.
