No doubt the doctor is very nice and polite even he treats very well but the receptionist and the boy who attend the call are really very rude even they don't even have manners how to talk to patients and senior citizens..... Kindly change your staff please hor teach them how to treat with patients.... Worst experience ever...

Doctor is good but the lady and boy who manages patients queue are rude and has pathetic behavior. Also they do this in the name of Dr. Cooner. They have no value of time i have appointment of 3:30pm i reach there at 3:35 pm (Panchkula to Ambala)till 4:45pm i waited they said there is waiting time of min 1:30 hrs amd then again 30-40min waiting for number Very Bad Experience i had ever

One of the best Skin clinic in Ambala, The doctor and all the Staff are caring and nurturing. We went as walk ins and didn't had to wait for a long time. people are polite and attentive.

Past few days in clinic one of boy parshant terminated and also aligate a offens of theft the medicine its a totally planned by doctor and one of employees in clinic sardar ji but parshant is innocent but dr take action and spoil boys future and also legal formalities done but parshant is innocent we also take against action of Dr cooner and his employee sardar ji of harrasment and fake offens on parshant and also complaint file in labour court

Doctor is really good and experienced but the staff and specially that lady on reception have a very rough behaviour doesn't treat patients well , negative behaviour & body language she thinks that she is doctor she is really a pathetic lady.

Dr shitiz is the most knowledgeable & caregiving doctor i have come across. He gives ample time to listen to your issue, which heals half of the issue. Rest is healed by his accurate diagnosis, effective medicines & blessings he has. My teenage years jocks itch got healed, all i had to do was complete the course suggested by him. Best part I don't have to go to a different place to buy medicines, its all available at the same spot for a cheaper price. I even got my laser removal done due to my good experience here. Supporting staff is very welcoming as well. Thanks
