Everything was fine except the food, which was okay at the most. I had higher expectations but the food was quite basic. I ordered starters, appetisers, main course and desserts, everything I had, I had tasted a better version before. So for me it's an average experience.
I've been going to cook's cafe since many years. It used to be a go to place for a quick meal but over the last year the quality of food has really deteriorated. During my last lunch out with family we found a dead cockroach in the food. The service is also very slow. They always seem to be understaffed.
Pretty disappointed. I reserved the table online because no one was answering the phone. No one contacted me until after the reservation time! This place neither falls under the category of cafe, not restaurant. Seems the concept was not clear in their head because they also have a bar ... In a cafe. Which is kind of odd. Food was below average. The gravy was undercooked and absolutely bland. Service was bad. The server assigned to the table was the only one to pay attention. When he was not around, and we tried calling other staff, they all royally ignored us multiple times! It's like "it's not my table, hence not my problem" kind of attitude. I did not expect it from Jaypee, a 5 star hotel 'cafe.
Hidden Gem. Great Cafe with absolutely delicious food. Their Butter Chicken is Lip-Smacking and one of the best you will ever have. Upscale place. Soothing Ambience. Polite staff. It is located inside the Jaypee Atlantic-Integrated sports complex.
Food quality has come down over the months. It used to be my favorite restaurant in greater noida. But the taste has changed and not for good.
Everything is organized very well here and all these employees maintain a family atmosphere and Ranveer chef and kamrudin chef from the kitchen staff also takes great care of the food.
