I have always been a fan of cookie man since school days. I got a hamper of assorted cookies and brownies when I was leaving abroad from one of my family friends. The cookies were as usual the best but I was a bit disappointed with the brownies We could get the raw taste of eggs and plastic.. maybe because the brownies were there in the box for like 2 days.
The Cookie Man in the Airport is not a recommendable place for a South India Filter Coffee. At best it is an average Coffee. No flavour or aroma. The cleanliness of the place is again average. WHEN WE PAY 200 RUPEES for a single cup of coffee we expect a certain quality which is not certainly not there. Very disappointed . I recommend the South Indian Filter coffee of Krispy Kreme which is far better and certainly cheaper at 160 rupees. Will save you a bomb and get a better experience. Sad to see that an American Chain is giving us a better Local coffee than a home grown chain and the American Chain is cheaper. Wake up Cookie Man !!!!! You guys are losing out to an outsider.
Just ordered for tea and I paid them but when she give me the tea it is a worst tea I have ever had in my whole life. They don't know how to make tea. While taking the order she said she will be serving a fresh tea. Then she just dipped tea bag inside a cup put it inside a micro oven. It was tasting pathetic as she was reheating everything. Never ever try tea in this outlet. If they are good in making cookies and brownies they should be doing that only not entering to other areas where they are not expert in. This outlet is at Chennai airport.

Had the walnut chocolate brownie at the airport and I have to say, it is one of the best brownies I have had in a while. The taste, and consistency was just perfect.
Cookie Man is a new name to me. The name is quiet crazy and suits to the work they do. Having a lot of variety fresh baked Australian cookies as a slogan. I found a variety of cookies starting from dry fruits to chocolate, chic chip, Banana walnut, Brandy snap, chocolate brownie, corn and jalapeno soft snacks like pettice. The choco cookies are yummy. They also sell lose and packed items. Additionally, Hot Filter Coffee at 110 INR is also in advertisement. I believe, Coffee is a symbol with Chennai so people encase it.
Quality of food sold is very poor - I had a coffee and a muffin, both of which were sub par and stale. This place is best avoided.
Loads of cookies and brownies but I don't know why they do over price the same . These are meant for passenger convenience but sadly somewhere the message is lost . I don't know it's airport authority charges or taxes or just profits by stores.
